With the W2M Bogo Coupons plugin you can create coupons to provide Buy One, Get One type discounts. This plugin will allow you to create a Coupon so that customers can receive an item for free or at a discount after purchasing a qualifying quantity of other items. Coupons can be limited to a date range, minimum and maximum purchase amounts, specific groups, and more.
What Coupon options are available?
BogoCoupons can have the following values:
Coupon Name:
The name of the coupon as it will appear in the user's order.
Coupon Code:
The code that will be entered by the customer to use this coupon.
Minimum Purchase:
The minimum value of all the products in an order for this coupon to be in effect, not including the gift item(s).
Maximum Purchase:
The maximum value of all the products in an order for this coupon to be in effect, not including the gift item(s).
If you want to have different discounts at different levels, but still use the same coupon code you would create multiple coupons with the same code but different Min and Max Purchase amounts.
Discount Amount:
The amount that gift item(s) will be reduced with this coupon. This will allow coupons like $5.00 off an item with the purchase of another item.
Discount Percent:
The percentage that the gift item(s) will be reduced with this coupon. Enter 100 for a Free Item.
NOTE: Discount Amount and Discount Percent CAN NOT be combined. The Discount Percent is deducted first and if it is 0% then the Discount Amount is calculated.
Effective Dates:
from: mm/dd/yyyy to: mm/dd/yyyy
The coupon will only be available during this date range.
Enabled For:
All Groups or Selected Groups - So you can have the coupon available only to certain group members.
Parent Product(s):
Indicate which products this coupon can be applied to:
Applies to Any Product, Applies Only to Selected Products, or Applies to All Except Selected Products
Allow Mix N Match:
Indicate if Parent Products can be mixed to allow this coupon.
Quantity to Purchase:
The quantity of parent items that must be purchased to qualify for this coupon.
Received Product:
Indicate the product that is received when this coupon is applied.
Quantity to Receive:
The quantity of the received item that this coupon will apply to.
