Add one or more forms to your site with this plugin. Example uses of the Forms Plugin are registration forms, catalog requests, contact us forms, RMA requests and sample requests. Uses are limited only by your imagination.
Some of the features of the plugin are:
- Allow customers to register as a user in AbleCommerce
- Data from completed forms can be emailed to an email address
- Supports an unlimited number of fields
- Supports the following field types:

- One license allows unlimited forms in one AbleCommerce site
