I just wanted to send you a quick note saying how pleased my team has been working with W2M. I am 100% positive we would not have been able to do what we needed to do to if we had stayed with XXXX. One of the best things about your team is that they actually pick up the phone! You would think that is just good business but so many companies don't pick up their phones and talk to their customers. Everyone from sales to development everyone picks up their phone. The new site has been fantastic (as has everyone at Web2Market that I have worked with) as we have already seen an increase in sales. We were on an unsupported shopping cart system on a very unreliable host - so it is a huge improvement for us. Our next immediate step is doing some organizational changes and planning at our retail location to accomdate an increase in online sales. We're working on ordering, stocking, and shipping systems to better stay ahead of our sales. We have already been struggling with keeping up with ordering and maintaining inventory in stock, so once we have that straightened out we'll start really advertising our site.

I think it turned out even better than I imagined it would. The site flows smoothly and is more user friendly than before. A customer can find out everything they really need to know right there...
