Call Center Plugin for AbleCommerce
The W2M Call Center Application allows employees (Call Center Users) to search for existing customers and log in to the AbleCommerce storefront as a customer in order to place orders.
The W2M Call Center Application allows employees or call center staff place orders for the customer. When a customer calls, the operator searches for existing customers and logs as that customer. Logged in as that customer, the operator can place orders or perform account maintenance. The W2M Call Center Application also lets Call Center operators create new customers. Call Center Users do not have Admin access to change customers’ past orders, product management pages, or any of the rest of the store’s administrative pages, so this is an ideal way to provide employees with the ability to complete phone orders for customers without compromising the store’s security.
The W2M Call Center Application also includes the ability to automatically assign customers to a special User Group when their account is accessed via the W2M Call Center Application . This means you can give your Call Center operators access to special pricing, coupon codes, shipping rates, payment methods, or anything else that can be applied to specific User Groups. Once an order is placed for the customer, they will automatically be removed from the User Group, so you don’t have to worry about any special group features being publicly accessible.
